Processing Time
All items from Big Aunty Creations are handmade. Please allow 3–10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before shipping. Items will be shipped from Calgary, Alberta.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume. We appreciate your patience as each piece is carefully made.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer shipping to the United States or international locations at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times within Canada:

• 2–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Options
Tracked shipping is strongly recommended, especially for higher-value items such as ribbon skirts.

Some items may offer untracked shipping as a lower-cost option. By selecting untracked shipping at checkout, the customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or delivery issues.

Big Aunty Creations is not responsible for lost or missing packages sent via untracked shipping.

Order Tracking
If tracked shipping is selected, a tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Big Aunty Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Big Aunty Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Local Pickup (if applicable)
If local pickup is offered, customers will be contacted with pickup details once their order is ready.
